Currently I am reading the book "Mathematics of Poker" by Bill Chen and Jerrod Ankenman along with another 2+2 member. We are both reading it on our own and then posting any thoughts/comments/questions we have on skype and discussing them. This is the book that inspired the current trend of GTO play in today's games. Many of the concepts discussed in Matthew Janda's "Applications of No Limit Holdem" had already first appeared in this book. Rather than giving specific advice on how to play poker, this book teaches you how to think about poker and use mathematical tools and concepts to analyze your game.

(NL50 / NL100) Looking for a study group

I am playing NL50 and am looking for ways to solidify my thought process. Currently I am living amongst high stake players which I occasionally discuss my hands with, but there still is time left for faster improvement. I am permanently targeting to increase my winrate (in terms of bb/100). right now I am additionally trying to establish myself at NL100.

My latest efforts pointed towards GTO play. (ie. reading and discussing Will Tipton's Expert Heads Up No Limit Hold'em Vol I and II) and study of GTO play in turn and river spots.
