River check raise bluff frequency

Hi,
let's check the fundamentals with this spot :
River pot size = 100$
I bet 50$
Villain raises 150$ total.
I'd like to calculate what should be the % of bluffs in his range if he wants to be breakeven vs my calls.
I think this % should be the pot odds I am offered right?
So I need to call 150-50=100 to win 100+50+150, so the pot odds I am offered are 300:100 = 3:1
... which means 3 value hands for 1 bluff in his range = 25% of bluffs in his raising range.
Am I right?
