Try 22+ A2s+, AJo+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs. If they start 3-betting a lot tighten up. If they never 3-bet you can open a lot more stuff. Once you get comfortable at the table you can open up some suited connectors, gappers and other suited stuff.
When I first started getting obsessed with poker theory I used the following range. I no longer use it, but you can if you want to: 77+, ATs+, A5s-A2s, AJo+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs
When facing a 3-bet I would 4-bet KK+and AK as value, and A5s-A2s as bluffs. If facing a 5-bet I would fold the bluffs. There was another time when I use to 4-bet fold QQ. I tried to keep the ratio of value hands to bluffs hands at 2:1.
