Playing Draws (20-30bb + then 30-50bb eff)

Draws seem to be the hardest thing for me when I'm deeper than just shoving.
I know there are not one fit all solutions however does anyone have a guideline on when to raise draws?
J 7 6 two diamond board, when are in BB 50bb with 5/8 suited no backdoor. Are we calling/raising or just letting it go?
Just wondering if any one has a simple thought process on how to better manage them. What program can I use to solve these?

Also are there any programs that calculate postflop CBets/check-calls etc.
