i don't really understand why pio would advocate for us to be betting small without the heart blocker. doesn't that mean that villian has more flushes in his range? on the contrary 77 with the heart is checking alot.

what are the possible reasons pio is suggesting these frequencies?

Hard to say without seeing the entire sim. Really don't think analyzing this has much value/if any though fwiw.

You could check and see if the 7h blocker has any relevance to IP's range at that node though.

Without knowing the opposing range it's hard to say.

My guess is that 77h can profitably bluff-catch so it's played as a check-call. Whereas 77 without a heart probably has to fold to a river bet, so it attempts to "set the price" by betting small. Often in situations where OOP only has a small bet on the river, it means they have a range advantage but not a nut advantage. So OOP has lots of medium strength while IP likely has more flushes/air.

Check out how each hand reacts to a river bet, and note the size of the bet.
