OOP PFR vs. IP caller - split range otf or check 100%? OOP PFR vs. IP caller - split range otf or check 100%?

so i've been messing around in gto+ lately with a lot of ep/mp open vs. ip caller spots. i'm specifically looking at spots where it would make sense to check our entire range as the pfr. on a lot of boards (J73dd for example) the solver has the pfr cbetting something like 20-25% freq which seems really hard to properly implement in game. in these low freq cbet spots are you guys just checking your entire range or are you splitting it? and if you are splitting your range, how are you doing it?

on a board like 983 as the pfr the solver has us cbet like 4% so just checking all the time seems like an easy and obvious answer. it's the awkward 20-30% freq range i'm not sure how to approach.

thanks!

Its probably not that hard to try to build ranges for those kind of situations. Plugin your rfi range on flopzilla and pick a flop like J73 and start thinking what hands would you cbet to make that 25% and then think about your checking range. It can take a while to think about reasonable value/bluff hands to bet and to check in this type of scenario, but after a couple of analyzes it gets quicker.

Why not just sit down and construct a range yourself?

Like making a preflop chart, except ...a postflop chart?

If the solver has a cbet range of 4 percent given the range you have input, then you should have some cbet combos rather than check full range. If you totally give up the option to cbet, then you are vulnerable to being exploited by an opponent that assumes you always check and can checkback some sneaky value and longshot draws that would be folded by your occasional cbet.
