If my opponent has exactly TT,JJ and AKo; how often will the flop be unfavorable to him? And how do I calculate it?

+1 to Broken's request. It also depends on what
your
hand/range is.
If you have aces, the flop is going to be unfavourable for villain pretty often. If you have 32o, it will be extremely rare for you to be winning.
