So what are some obvious adjustments you'd make if playing in a non-raked game.

With the no flop/no drop games I know we should 3bet a lot and generally play a stronger range in regards to pfr, but in a non-raked game I think we should be 3betting more polarised in general and play more speculative hands as calls as well like suited gappers and whatnot.

Also with a ton of limping going on (think 5nl stars) what sort of range should we be overcalling with generally from the btn instead of raising, and how would we protect that range?

Play looser since there will be more money in the pot. As far as general strategy, I think it will be about the same.

I'd only overcall from the button if the blinds are unlikely to 3-bet. I'd probably raise most of the time anyway. The hand selection I'd choose would be the same as in a raked game. Theoretically I would assume you could go a bit looser.

Since the rake "steals" some of your equity, you have to play tighter in high-rake games. If there is no rake taken from each pot, more hands are playable. Just look at some charts for deep-stacked tournament play. Since there is no rake taken from each tourney pot, the opening, 3-betting and calling ranges are wider than you'd see in a cash game.

Wouldnt it be the other way around? If theyre unlikely to 3bet shouldnt we raise wider and overcall wider if they are likely to 3bet?

The less they 3-bet, the more often I'll be able to see a flop with my speculative/mediocre hands.
