Which learning routine helped you the most? Which learning routine helped you the most?

I am just curious which learning routine or method helped you the most by improving your poker game and how did you approach it?

Meaning if GTO based training improved you a lot it would be nice if you writing down your exact routine like 'after every session I recap all big winning and losing hands with a solver and sahres with my learning group' instead of 'GTO'.

I know there is no ONE thing you should learn and instantly succeed but maybe we can get some nice impressions.

Most of the work goes for playing, that's a combination of technical and practical thinking, and learning. The technique is about the GTO, and exploits. To learn GTO (not just the memory part of it), one needs to understand why it does what it does; one can then use the reasons. Players can use books, solvers, softwares to look into the solver solutions. The poker theory books will also be good, among some other books, I suppose. I think we can be pretty GTO based these days. Plus the tourney theories. During and after the play, one can think more about the unclear situations; the big pots are the most important to get right.

My general advice is do study the stuff you usually don't study

People get over fixated with a single approach that sometimes misses the bigger picture
