ICMIZER allows not only for simple open push fold, but also considers actions before it, e.g. limp, or 2x open raises. However, it is not clear to me, what open/limping ranges ICMIZER is assuming. Unfortunately they are not "browseable", i.e. I can only look at the range for the specific situation. So my questions is: What would be a good and affordable sollution for purchasing ICM adjusted ranges. Preferrably I would like to buy a book that covers that topic and has also ranges for references (like Acevedos book, which unfortunately does not cover ICM).

Are there any good web ressources for ICM adjusted ranges? thank you for your help.
