Does ICM still apply if everyone is forced to go all in every hand after X amount of hands in a sng where 1st and 2nd place get paid? As far as I understand it should be applied with some modifications (you have to set up your stack to be just few chips above another player and not the other way round if possible). But is that it? What about initial tightness? Same as in a standard sng or not? Ty in advance

ICM will apply even more, as with blinds rising ICM does not incorporate the blind positions. And ofc ICM does not consider skill differences.

On another hand once a spin & go max reaches the all-in mood, blind positions no longer matter, as the hands play themselves equally well and everybody is all-in making ICM a perfect predictor of the expected returns.

As a side note, this format is worse than a regular spin & go, as it introduces more lotto and further minimizes skill.
