The following formula determines how much to bet on each street, stated as the fraction of the street’s pot, so that you will bet all-in on the river using the same pot fraction to hopefully stack your opponent. The key input is the ratio of effective stack to flop or turn pot size. The equation is
F=((2*Stack/Pot+1)^(1/x)-1) / 2; x=2 for turn, x=3 for flop.
For your example of 20 pot and 80 stack on the turn
F=((2* 80/20 +1)^1/2-1) / 2 = (9^1/2 -1)/2=100%.
So make a pot size bet on the turn. The river bet is the same fraction of the river pot as was the flop bet fraction, in this case 100%, and this amount will be equal to your stack.
From the flop with same SPR, the constant fraction of the pot to bet is 54%.

Thanks. But, I already found this one on other posts. Since Yesterday, I try to find an equation solver to resolve 7 to 8 short equations like :
Bet on the flop (BF) / pot on the flop (PF) = percentage on the flop (QF)
Stack on the flop (SF) - BF = Stack on the turn (ST)
QF = percentage on the turn (QT)
PF + 2*BF = pot on the turn (PT)
and so on thought the river with Stack River (SR) = (pot at river) PR= (bet at river) BR
