Hi guys. This is my first post. Long time fan of the site. I am a recreational MTT player. I have had the tracking software, HEM for a long time. I always have it open when I play and use the VPIP and PFR stats. Everything else I have no clue about.

I recently started to learn how to use it properly and get reports. I would like you guys to let me know what is wrong with my game, and things I should focus on.

Over 90145 hands, I have

Net Won: -876,953.00
bb/100: 0.51
VPIP: 34.7
PFR: 13.5
3bet: 7.5
WTSD%: 42.2
W$SD%: 47.4
Agg: 2.35
Agg%: 22.1

I am very serious about improving my game now. I will definitely pay for a coach. If any of you could tell me basically what kind of player I am, how I am exploited, what I should do to fix my leaks, I would appreciate it.

If I am really impressed I will definitely contact you for coaching. I never played cash games online, just MTTs. All these stats are from MTTs from .02 cents up to $300.

Thanks for any help

The gap between your VPIP and PFR is way too high. Generally, there should be no more than 5-7 points difference between the two.

If you are limping pre-flop, try to minimize that. It's usually best to play a tight-aggressive strategy. That is, only play strong starting hands , and when you do play them, play them aggressively.

Edit: just realized this is from MTT's. I'm not much of an MTT player. Maybe limping or playing a bit more passivley pre-flop is not as bad in early stages of MTT's.

Ok great thanks. What about my PFR and Agg % , are those right?

What is bb/100? What is a good number to have? 2/100? 5/100? Thanks!

This forum is not for stat checkups. You can try that out in the holdem forum most closely related to your game. Check and see if there is a long running stats checkup post before making your own, and make sure to check the FAQ/rules of that forum.
