I presume OP is referring to Big Blind ante games, in which antes for the whole table are paid by the BB, I believe.

Oh, thanks Arty. This should mean more hands dealt faster, so more blinds eating away your chips, meanwhile, you have a giant target on your inflated BB.

Ugh, this is going to be a bloody mess. You absolutely must defend your BB liberally, and aggressively. Get this image early, while blinds are small, and renew this image at every new table you are seated during the tournament.

In late position, steal steal steal.

Some rules intended to speed things up have a side effect of generating huge action.

Yes , sorry , is for Big Blind Ante.

The BBA will start in level 4, with sb100,bb300 and BBA will be equal with BB after.
All the tournaments in Heartland Poker Tour will be played with BBA except mixed games and hu. events.

I'm curious - why do you think this is? The ante part is put in the pot and doesn't count towards your BB bet. Where is the inflation?
(Where I play there's a button ante and besides speeding things up the only real change I'v noticed is very late in the tournament where shoving becomes more prevalent from positions shortly before people start entering the BB)

Well, that is different indeed. No inflation. When and why short stacks shove should be the only difference, as you have said.

If you are short-stacked to the point where you need to pick a hand that orbit to shove with, then you can be more patient because you don't lose an ante when you wait another hand. Your standards for shoving in EP should go down when short-stacked because you are about to take a large hit to your stack once you are in the big blind.

You should also be thinking about how to exploit players who over-defend their big blind because they wrongly consider the ante as "their" chips.

You'll get a couple more hands per blind level so your "true M" goes up a little.

Biggest adjustment is you need to be more vigilant about dodging bllinds on table changes and stalling before blind increases.

You can't dodge blinds in live tournament's and stalling is cancer.
