Flush on the turn Flush on the turn

Hello all,

I have the WSOP app and I read the tip which said:
"When you flop a 4 flush you have a 34.5% / 1.9:1 chance of hitting it on the turn.
Which seems to use the rule of 9 outs x 4 adjust and river 9 x 2

Yet I have another set of odds that say if you flop a four flush that on
the turn: 4.22:1 or 19.16%
the river: 4.1:1 or 19.57%

47 unseen cards / 9 outs so 38:9 reduced to 4.22:1...

Which is correct?

Thank you.

The first is your chance of hitting a flush by the time you get to the river (either on the turn or on the river).

The second is your odds of hitting it from the flop to the turn; and then your odds of hitting it from the turn to the river if you didn't hit it on the turn.
