How do I construct a checking range without making it too condensed that my opponent can overbet once I’ve shown weakness. Is there a certain heuristic of how many value hands I need to include on my checking range?

That's a super general question. IP OOP? Flop, turn or river? How deep? Dynamic board or not? Range asymmetries?

Probably best to start with very specific question. For example:

You 3bet, cbet, 2barrel, and river completes flush. How many flushes do you check? Make up a spot, make an estimate, then solve it and try to learn from the solve.

After you have done a bunch of spots, you can try to generalize.

You won't be able to generalize to everything, but could make sense to set some parameters like I did in the first sentence and explore how those affect things.

Hi,
Is there an option for "future game simulation"? Switching that on or off can alter the strategy, and there are at least two types of FGS, which might explain why different software gives different results.
thanks,
