Bet Into Pre Flop: What's His Range? Bet Into Pre Flop: What's His Range?

I've been working out a way to be a bit more systematic in how I determine opponent's range pre-flop when I'm bet into. I've come up with a quick 5 question mental accounting as follows, and I'm interested in any and all input, criticism, additions, deletions, etc:

Conditions: Someone ahead of me raised preflop
Instructions: Answer the following questions with any number between 1 and 3 inclusive, decimals allowed (eg, 1.5):

1. How many players? Full ring = 1 to Heads up = 3
2. What is raiser's position? 1 = UTG to 3 = SB
3. How deep is his stack? 1 = small to 3 = large
4. How loose is this player? 1 = Tight to 3 = Loose (*default 1 when you
don't know)
5. How big is the bet? 1 = Large to 3 = Small

Add up your answers and round to the nearest integer. The higher the score, the looser the raising range he's likely playing. Look up the score to see this player's likely range percentage.

Score Villain's Range Percentage
5 3.77
6 7.93
7 12.10
8 16.26
9 20.42
10 24.58
11 28.75
12 32.91
13 37.07
14 41.24
15 45.40

Note: I'm not entirely sure about how I've selected the range percentages here. The idea is that lower scores mean a tighter range, higher scores mean a looser range, but the exact ranges themselves are open to some debate.

Anyway, any thoughts are appreciated.

unless you're building a bot, what's the advantage of this, as opposed to just looking at one hand he showed down with in a 3b pot, and constructing a strat according?
