So, I was wondering how much EV player is possibly losing when only using one bet size in a given spot?

For example, in a board that is checked down to the river, many good players make blocking bets when out of position and bet 1/4 pot with some parts of their range.

However, if we only have one bet size utilized, we have to bet our whole range with this exact size, or alternatively if we bet with bigger size, some hands that were previously betting 1/4 of the pot needs to be in checking range with this bigger size (i.e third pairs or worse, usually).

I would like to hear your opinions about how much we are giving our opponent advantage if we only play with this style of betting?

going to be a big deal deep or in deeper pots (turns/rivers)
