Adjusting live poker strats to preflop rake

A lot of games in Alberta, Canada have switched their rake structures from raking 5% up to $5, with "no flop, no drop" rules in play, to raking 10% up to $5 with rake being taken accordingly in every pot that is rewarded to a player before the flop (in $1/3, you must refrain from straddling and give the BB a walk in order to avoid being raked). Hypothetically speaking, how would I adjust my preflop and postflop strategies around such a substantial change in rake?

Play in the games that haven't switched over, and convince as many people as you can to do the same.
Play slightly tighter pre and realize you have less incentive to raise larger/3-bet instead of call pre than before since it's no longer beneficial to avoid seeing a flop.
