A true GTO solution would use multiple 4bet sizings, including a jam, and it would also have a calling range. However, this isn't practical, especially when you get into the minutia like using 1/8th of a combo for 8 different things, etc. Also, it doesn't add that much EV to utilize multiple sizings, a jam, and a call range, vs one "normal" 4bet sizing, and a call range. Of course this is all from a theoretical standpoint and utilizing different bet sizings for exploitative reasons can add a lot of EV.
In practice I like to use only one 4bet sizing (adjusted for stack depth and position) and also a calling range. Facing the exact action in your example my 4bet sizing would be similar to what brokenstars said, 28bb~.
As a general rule, when OOP preflop you want to 3bet/4bet bigger than if you were IP, and as another general rule as stack depths get deeper you want to 3bet/4bet bigger than if stack depths were shallower.
