DTO isnt an actual solver would be the main difference. Beyond that not sure as ive never used the product

The inputs which were put into the solver to calculate the solution. DTO and GTOWizard do not use the exact same inputs. Both of those are solved solutions but the variables are different to how they were solved to the solution.

Most likely the response or initial action of the CO's possible choices on the flop differ in both calculations.

Both are range betting the flop btw. Personally I like the DTO flop strategy better as I think it captures more EV in the average pool as I think the pool will play worse against it on average or a player playing it will implement it easier even though the GTOwizard strategy is simplified to betting small 100% of the time on the flop. In this case I don't think the two flop sizings are that difficult for a human to implement on the flop and the responses on future streets or even against flop street aggression are probably even easier for the in position button to implement with the DTO strategy at this stack depth.

Overall probably prefer the DTO solves to the GTOwizard ones but also in disagreement with their founder for saying ICM ranges in earlier stages are snake oil.

What? DTO isnt a solver but neither is GTOW. They are both a library with solved solutions. Main difference being that GTOW focuses on huge amount of spots solved and you can look up whatever runout you want, while DTO focuses on high accuracy in less spots which are only avalaible through trainer, so you cannot decide to look how for example K36TJ plays.
There will always be differences. For example the fact that GTOW 3bet is 3x and DTO is almost 3,5x is pretty significant for anything that is happening postflop.

Nice catch. I didn't even look close enough to see that there was a difference in the preflop sizing there.
