In HEM, there are a few HUD stats for this. In the screengrab below, I've highlighted the overall (multistreet) "Bet v Missed CB TOT", which is based on all opportunities to stab flop/turn/river when the PFR checks instead of c-betting or barreling. For the flop alone, it's just "Flop Bet vs Missed CB".



I may be misremembering this, but in Pokertracker, I think the same action is actually called "Flop Float", because Pokertracker is idiotic. Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me, but I recall that PT4 had a stat called "Float River", which is just ludicrous.

It's float flop on pt4. Odd terminology they used but that is what it is. Obv float turn and float river all same when ip and v was aggressor on previous street.

For "Stab in position vs missed c-bet", I'd guess the GTO numbers would be something like 40-50% on every street, but against weak players (who check-fold at exploitably high frequencies), you can bet more of your range and make money.
My own numbers are quite low, partly because I don't cold-call much pre-flop, so much of my range is pocket pairs with SDV that don't really gain much by betting the flop IP. I've got 38/44/58 (F/T/R) for stabs IP vs missed c-bets, but I'm a passive 'showdown-happy' player. I'm probably overbluffing the river with missed draws though. :/
The top 10 winning regs in my microzoom pools stab an average of 48% of the time on the flop. I don't have time to look much deeper with filters for other streets right now. You should be able to do something with aliases in PT if you want to study your own pool. (Or you could just analyse 5-10 players you have a decent sample on, by adding the stats to your HUD and using the replayer).

Floating river is such a cool concept, it should become the new triple range merging.
