UTG limps
Would we want to use a different iso size if we were in the HJ vs if we were on the BTN?

I don't see why. Just raise a tiny bit more or even to the same size and raise a tighter range.

In theory probably, in practice it doesn't matter

It's probably optimal to iso the smallest from HJ vs UTG, but the differences in EVs are very small.

Theoretically you'd want to go smaller the more linear your strategy is.
So from HJ you probably ISO your entire continuation range for a slightly smaller size.
In BTN you'd probably want to start building in some overlimps, thereby polarizing your ISO and increasing the optimal raise size.
In practice, optimal size will be much more affected by things like how capped the limper is.
