Well if you have a tracking program such as PT4 or Hem2, you can look at your win rate for each of the different positions.

If the game format you're looking at can be solved by GTO theory, the value of position will be a natural byproduct of the results of the GTO solution. Other than that, you have to do it empirically from tracker software, as statmanhal stated.

look at position as an advantage. you can rep more hands and you have final say. but it's only valuable if you can be profitable.
