Time to start with a solver. Need help. Time to start with a solver. Need help.

Hi,

I want to start working with a solver. I've checked out monkersolver, GTO+ and PIO.

PIO basic is $250.
GTO+ $75.
Monkersolver is $550.

I'm far from an expert when it comes to solvertown and I would really like some advice.

Two things to take in consideration:

I have fine preflop ranges allready
Being able to nodelock is a must

Which one would you recommand for a cashgame player who wants to reach highstakes?
GTO+ is by far the cheapest. But are the outputs as good as the other two?
Why is the one different from the other? Any pros and cons I need to know?
If PIO is the best one for me, which one should I buy?

I'm about to move to 50z on stars but I don't mind waiting a bit longer and invest a part of my roll in an expensive solver as long as what I'm doing is right.

Thanks in advance.

I'd love to hear some objective differences between these 3 as well.
All the solver sites seem to fail to list features on their sites, making it impossible to compare them.

Pio is objectively the best, but GTO+ is almost the same and its way cheaper so pick that one first

I haven't used them side by side since they both got the algorithm upgrades
would say current gto+ is faster than old pio (haven't tried pio 2.0)
either way, it's certainly fast enough for practical use
can also solve nodelocks street by street w/o having to re-calculate prev streets in gto+, which is a feature ppl don't seem to know about and it's really fast

For what it’s worth, I bought GTO+ several years ago, after asking the same questions you asked.

I never got great answers.

I still use GTO+ every week and nearly daily for long stretches. I’ve never felt like I should have made a different purchase.

One point I’ll make is whenever, I have a had a question - I’ve posted to the two plus two thread on GTO+ and have had answers from the developers very quickly. Amazing service experience.

PIO is easier on the eyes. If gto+ was a girl I'd put a paper bag over it.

Thank you all for your answers. I will purchase a license of GTO+ in the next couple of weeks.

I ended up buying PIO (like 6 months ago) and I don't regret it one single bit.

Hey KidCudi147, what were the deciding factors for you in choosing PIO, and what product did you get?
