Some of it seems fine. I agree with generally folding T9o out of the BB multiway, even to a small raise. Also, calling 3!s with suited connectors.

However, some doesn't seem realistic to real play. For example, it says fold AQo in the BB to an ep raise and 2 callers. This presumably assumes optimal play, in which case all players have good hands. It doesn't seem realistic to most live games

His explanations seem good to me. Obviously, in a loose passive 1/2 game, you would 3b the AQo from the BB with all of the dead money out there. He is teaching theory, which is "correct", but you can deviate to exploit your specific pool or players and make more money. You need to know the concepts behind the theory to do this, though.

Yeah, the principles are good, and you might fold a somewhat weaker high card hand in that spot. However, live games tend to be loose/passive completely different from solvers' assumptions, and it would be a significant mistake to fold AQo in that spot in a 2/5 game, probably in any stakes commonly played today. It would be a significant mistake to follow this and some of the other recommendations in loose live games.

I wouldn't go that far. If you are good at exploiting, you can make more money than GTO, but if you are worse, you will actually lose more than you would gain if you were good at exploiting. The EP player in this case is still uncapped with a very tight range, and we will be playing out of position to one or more players, so it will be very easy to blunder.

It's because in the example he's 200bb deep. No way you would fold this @100bb
