Studying Post-Flop Fundamentals/Strategies on GTO Wizard

Greetings everyone,
I've recently been putting in a fair amount of pre-flop studying on GTO Wizard since I started using it roughly 3-4 weeks ago. Even though this question will come off as very broad, I would like to know how would those of you who are fundamentally sound in game theory approach post-flop study? Sure I could toss in a few hands daily from hand review, but I'm looking for a more step by step, optimal way to go about this in a deeper sense. In other words, I want to start from the "ground up" with pre-flop work and would appreciate some guidance on fundamental building.
Format Focus: MTT 8 handed
Thank you,
Steve

when you first started out, what sims or spots did you choose to run first? did you just pick what first came to mind or did you start somewhere specific?
