Stuck yet again and trying my hardest before I post here!

I have worked out how often the board pairs
40/47 x 36/46 =66.6
100 - 66.6 = 33% rounded

I have also worked out how often the board has runner runner flush
10/47 x 9/46 = 4% rounded

The answer to the picture is 5%, but my dumbass has no clue how both those numbers relate in anyway possible to 5%
Where am I going wrong?

In this picture I worked out the answer by using
39/47 x 38/46 = 68.5 percent (69% rounded)

How did I get this answer without having to subtract 68.5 from 100?
I thought you work out how often it does not happen x does not happen = N and then take N from 100%?

Here it was just one step!

I'm not going to do any of the math, but just make an observation. You are trying to figure out how often it will be runner-runner flush - which would make your flush with the deuce. The question just says "complete the club flush" - and I would interpret that to mean if someone had a flush draw. So only one club would be needed. So, if my interpretation is correct, you are simply trying to solve the wrong problem.
