If you bet that small you pretty much have to call a raise though. That tiny bet looks a lot like exactly what you have or possibly an ace high. Many opponents will see it as weakness and raise as a bluff or to possibly make a split fold.
I actually do these tiny river bets against certain types of opponents on certain types of boards a lot. Good players won't of course fall into that trap but bad players love raising pretty much ATC here. It's some kind of a pride/psychological trick. They know they're gonna lose if they just call, but it's such a small bet that they feel like they have to do something, so they raise when they should fold and funnily, quite often only call when they should raise. The effect is that you often lose the minimum when you're behind since they don't raise a hand like QQ-99 or AA or 55 here (or maybe even not 6x), but raise everything else. Of course they sometimes catch the nuts, that's why you have to analyze the situations carefully and only do it when their range on the river is either the nuts or air when they raise.
But like I said, it's not something you typically wanna do against good opponents, since they know how to act correctly here.
It's not a GTO thang though, more of an exploiting thang you do against the live ones.

ohh the good ole 10% river donk...
Villain takes a polarizing action on prior street. River decreases value range and doesn't improve any bluffs so he has more air than normal. Solver is also going to check call turn as hero with a bit of no showdown value draws that now want to get some folds from A-Jh hands. Your made hands can squeeze out a tiny bit more value from the bluffing range which won't bet into you often enough on this river.
Double board pairing rivers is the only place i know of where this happens, and even then, not on every double board pairing river.
You're probably not missing out on much EV by not doing this... but it's fun

Against a live human you might be able to go slightly bigger for value depending on how the hand played out
