GTO Asymmetry - GTO Wizard Confusion

Can anyone shed some light on why GTO Wizard suggests different call/fold frequencies for TsTh vs. TsTc in the scenario pictured below when they seem like they are equivalent hands and should have symmetry? The only difference I can see between these hands is that the Qh is out on the board so maybe there is a difference in terms of blocking QTs (Tc blocks QTc but Th provides no additional info given that Qh is already on the board), but I would think that would make us want to call more often with TsTc than TsTh given that the former blocks a value hand that has us beat but the latter does not.
