You just sit down (no reads) in a 6 ring 10NL cash game. (your stack is 100bb)

You got KJ and the dealer button is on you.

One guy before you make a raise of 3bb. (but how about 2bb ?) No limpers.

- Do you Fold or Call ? (but how about if there are 1 or 2 limpers ?)

PS: - This hand should be played differently on a 100NL cash table ?

I think if they are raising from the CU you can discount their hand range a little bit allowing you to call with KJ on the btw and if you had KJs on the btn I think it would be an auto call. With limpers in there before the raise I still think KJ is a call and KJs is a definite as even if you dont have the best hand you have a great drawing hand ip

I prefer to 3 bet KJo and call KJs with no reads on anyone. KJo doesn't play as well post flop so I prefer turning it into a bluff and collecting the dead money pre or from a cbet on most boards.

You can definitely call 3bb with KJ in position. You can also call 2bb. But don't make that your play 100% of the time. Without reads, you might want to mix in some raises maybe about 30% of the time, just for balance. dont become readable by always calling medium strength hands and never raising. Don't fold too often with KJ on the button unless you're mixed in with a table of all nits

Pretty huge difference if you're facing a utg vs a co raise. Which you probably know but didn't specify.

Edit: man I hate auto correct

Yeah this, I just assumed "late position" in the title was the pfr therefore vs the co.

Assuming the villain raised from the CO, his range is obviously a little broader but, I favour folding this particular time until you have seen the villain's play style a little more. If you get a few circuits worth of info and he raises fairly often from the CO I like calling with KJs but KJo is just too much trouble if you land TP with the King. At least when it's suited you have flush as well as straight possibilities. Although in all honesty I'd much rather 3-bet than call, with position.

Usually do this. Helps balance 3b range to be adding these types of spots, while also uncapping your range.

Agree with Josh above. With limited info on the opponent, I wait for a better spot. Evaluate and then act accordingly the next time a similar spot happens.
