Flop cbetting BW boards.

Hey Iv seen expierenced players/coaches speaking out i this forum. Im trying to make some blueprint strategy, and Im little confused.
Im pretty sure that I saw a lot of coaches/good players play 1/3, even 1/2 range bet on this kind of flop. While on lower boards like 982 they are more inclined to bet big - so they dont just use range bets.
Why they are doing so, on this type of flop, when in solverland it is more of overbet?
Rainbow boards dont have overbets maybe I just mistaken this. But maybe someone know sth more.

I did my own sims, and this is what I found:
If the biggest sizing allowed is PSB. It looks like solver goes rather with lower sizings but:
If we give him opportunity to OB 125% - it becomes dominant size.
I know that you will make less mistakes with rangbet and bla bla bla. But not sure it was the case in coachings that I saw.
