I have a fairly simple question (atleast it should be lol)

I updated my snowie and now in the scenarios it takes rake into account. I created a scenario at the lowest stake snowie offers (20NL) which I planned to look at EP vs BU 3b, when I clicked on the "range" for EP, snowie recommended using a pot size open. I thought it was strange because when I do my session reviews and open to 2.5x it does not reccomend opening to pot. So I guess it's going to be 2 questions actually..

Question 1= why does snowie reccomend pot size for rfi when you build a scenario, but when I do a session review it recommends a half pot rfi?

Question 2= snowie advocates for a much higher 3b/fold with very small CC range when building a scenario in high rake games, is it reasonable to use pot size rfi in high rake environment stakes?

Hi. I think that in high rake games should be better to open bigger because oppenent should fold more preflop and u should pay less rake for the rule ''no flop no drop'' used in almost every poker room.
If you look at this sauce video he open pot and he explain why: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfLMUmxgakk&t=489s

BTW i dont use pot but i open 3bb on every position
