C+betting OOP from the blinds

Does anybody have advice or tips for c-betting the flop after 3-betting from the blinds?

Your question is too vague for a meaningful answer tbh but I'd start with memorizing the preflop ranges so you can have a better idea of what types of hands each player has on the flop, and then start by looking at flop strategies and go from there.
As a tip, I'd say don't be afraid of using bigger sizes than 33% and smaller sizes than 33%
