I'm not an expert but here's what I use as a saved template. Then I tweak things based on the specific situation. My current computer only has 16gb RAM, so if I'm running a deep stack spot I sometimes have to remove a few sizing options. I play mostly live so these sizings work decently for that venue even if they're not completely optimal.
