For the oral arguments in the "141 Domain Names" case before the Kentucky Supreme Court this Thursday, you can tune in and watch the proceedings live at this link:

The case is due to be heard at 11:00 am ET. The link will not be live until that time.

No. Today the court heard arguments and asked questions. The ruling won't come right away - probably months off.

We have a shot at getting it within 60 days or so, but it could go longer.
