Withdrawal delays Withdrawal delays

The delays are just as (if not more) frustrating to us, as a skin. Your money is safe and will always get to you, even if it takes a few extra days.

Unfortunately, all I can do at the moment is apologize for the inconvenience and ask you to be patient while the processing issues are worked out by the Merge Network. Stay strong, my friends!

Maybe it will help you feel better to know that RPM is really really sorry.

support told me yesterday, that it will take 12-15 business days instead of 72 hours to get my money on moneybookers.

I want to stress that this is a Merge Network issue, and RPM is doing the best we can for our players. If you have a withdrawal being processed and you're a VIP with us, please PM me so I can take a look at everything for you.

This sucks as it's unnecessarily tarnishing the reputation of an otherwise awesome company (RPM not Merge themselves).
05-26-2010 , 11:48 AM
Yeah. Can we at least get an explanation as to why this is happening?.

"Currently, the method you selected for your withdrawal is taking around 2 business weeks to have the funds processed accordingly. We truly thank you for your patience regarding this matter and we can assure you that your money will be posted in your electronic wallet account as soon as possible."

What a joke.

please stop being so evasive. Answer a few tough questions Seth. Who holds the money? What is the futurebet relationship? What is causing the cashout delay(only Merge is slow at the moment)?

This is so much like my previous bad experiences I will just stay away until someone decides to actually step up and give me a straight answer.

So my withdraw is taking a couple of days more than it was expected to my netteler account. I don t know how many because I have deleted my e mail that says "we have acepted your request, etc. etc. etc.". But is now over 72 hours for sure. No explanaition about how much more time, and why, and !")/!#/". What s going on?

edit: I talked with suport and my request was made on 16th. The money should be on my acount before 31. Should. But the operater said he can t assure it. lol. And I need to make more cashouts because I need to withdraw more money. So it s taking like MONTHS to withdraw my founds from RPM. Is this for real?

Yeah it said 72 hours delay max, now they are saying 2 week delay for cashout.

I lost $23,000 a few years back on Battlefield poker to shady business, and this isn't giving me much confidence =[

And I really dislike the maximum withdrawal limit of $2500 as well.

I'd like to clarify that I'm not deliberately ignoring any questions, I just don't want to post any misinformation, and I'm waiting to hear back from a few people before I address things with specifics. If I tell you something here as a representative of RPM Poker, I want to make sure it's correct. Further, everything is perfectly fine beyond the cashouts. Merge does well, nobody's going under, that's a complete non-issue. Here's what I can answer:

1) Merge holds all player funds in secure bank accounts. Skins can't make off with your cash. You won't have a Battlefield Poker episode here.

2) RPM has absolutely no affiliation in any way, shape, or form with FutureBet. For what it's worth, we had never even heard of them.

3) As far as cashouts go, I can say this. The Merge Network doesn't take the same risks with player funds as other sites might. This means that your money might be delayed, but it won't be lost. I also know that Merge is doing upgrades to become more efficient on this particular front, and the implementation of this plan may be causing delays right now. RPM Poker - our skin - is pursuing ways to better serve our players. Please believe me when I tell you that we're working our tails off for you guys. We're players too, WE UNDERSTAND, and we're doing the absolute best we can.

Aaaaaaand I've got an answer!

All of the processing will be back to normal (regular quoted time frames) by the middle of next week. That doesn't change the fact that RPM Poker is still working to make sure that our players receive their funds as quickly as humanly possible so that this does not happen again for our users.

Thanks for your patience, guys. We appreciate it.
