Withdrawal delays Withdrawal delays

When withdrawing funds to e-wallets like neteller and moneybookers you should expect massive delays atm.

I'm sure this is due to no fault of RPM. But it is Merge that is to blame.

I withdrew funds to neteller on may 9th. This is supposed to take up to 72 hours. I did not receive payment after 6 days. In fact the neteller withdrawal was declined after 6 days without any specification. Merge support could not tell me why it was declined. All they told me was they were experiencing delays while upgrading the system..bla..bla.

I had to make another withdrawal. So this time i chose moneybookers since the Neteller one bounced. I asked support about the suggested arrival time. The official Merge response is another 2 business weeks. This for something that is supposed to take up to 72 hours. It now will be in the best case scenario 3 weeks! If at all.

I am heavily disapointed by this. Merge has really dropped the ball on this one imo.

Well, in my recent experience, moneybookers cashouts have taken between 5 and 9 business days (in the last 8 months, prior to sept '09 they took 72 hours).

Things might be about to get ugly though with the UIGEA coming into effect on the 1st of June - see the numerous FTP cashout delay threads in the zoo as example....

+1

4 days and counting on a measley $2,500 UseMyWallet payout. Most frustrating part is that I have another $1350 sitting in my account that I want to withdraw as well, but can't b/c of the terrible $2,500 payout limit. So, it looks like it's going to take me a few weeks to cashout $3850 via UseMyWallet

awesome

There is, unfortunately, a delay with all withdrawals across the Merge Network. Withdrawals are still reliable, they're just taking longer than usual. We're frustrated too!

This isn't something that RPM Poker can control, as deposits and withdrawals are processed by the network.

We'd like to remind our players that we do have expedited checks for VIPs, so just send me a PM if you're withdrawing to find out if you're qualified.

Wow, don't know what just happened. But I just received my funds!!

So after my 1st withdrawal was cancelled my second withdrawal actually hit well within 72 hours. So total now is slightly less than 7 days.

After they told me it would be 2 more business weeks I have been complaining and complaining, basically just harassing support. Maybe that helped?

Or was it you Seth? Anyway, RPM support itself has always been very helpful without any BS. Just wanted to point out my beef was with Merge network not RPM!

The last thing you want to do is harass support when they have no control over the situation. I suggest taking it easy on them while the issue is sorted out.

6 days and counting, this is absurdly bad for business Seth

also, you said you can't help us...the Carbon rep said he can get ewallet payouts expedited. why can he, but you can't?

FRUSTRATED especially since I'm going to have to wait for another one to process for 2 weeks

If he can get eWallet payouts expedited, then Merge is certainly showing favoritism to one skin over the other! Can you please show me where you read this?

Believe me, we're more frustrated than you are. We do our absolute best to make sure our players are taken care of, so it's frustrating that this problem undermines our efforts. The eWallet payout delay is network wide, not specific to RPM Poker.

I can't apologize enough for the inconvenience.

Just send them couple of escalation mails (be polite) and funds could be pushed despite "working on processors upgrade". After approving it on the cashier you'll quickly get it on MB account.

Was just told by Alex in live chat that RPM handles all cashouts. Merge according to him has nothing to do with RPM money. So which is true and what is the timeframe?

An update: seems like moneybookers withdrawls are moving quickly now.
Requested one on Friday, processed Monday, requested another on Monday, processed Tuesday (today).
sweet.

ewalletxpress approved in 2 days

will update when it hits account

Transaction complete.

9 days and still pending approval...

Should I just cancel it and request a new transaction? They're clearly not being processed in the order received

Your Moneybookers withdrawal request of $xxxx.xx has been received and will be processed within 72 hours.

Never had to wait more than 24 hours on other sites.

3 days and counting. I received my cashout but your refusal to answer the questions asked here is troublesome. It is not like you are away from the computer. You have been on 2 plus 2 but have just not bothered to reply to this thread.

When you say you will do something ASAP that means as soon as possible. Are you just hoping that we all forget the issues with cashouts and incorrect information from CS?

Also you have ignored my PMs. Maybe RPM is ran like the other Merge sites and I need to find somewhere else to play.

Hi there --- to everyone, I apologize that I have not gotten back to you guys! I had a death in the family and have more or less been traveling since Monday to handle logistics. I've been able to pop on and off, but haven't had more than a few minutes at a computer.

I will be trying to sift through my messages on the forum, my e-mails, and the threads I need to address tonight, at latest, Friday morning. I apologize again for the inconvenience!

Update +72 hours later:

xx: Please note the withdrawal is currently pending since we are experiencing a small delay, please allow 24-72 business hours for it to be process. I apologize for the inconvenience
xx: I understand but the delay we have at this moment is from 1-2 weeks.
xx: No, it is related to an update we made on the processors.
xx: I really apologize for the delay.
xx: We will do our best to have it process as soon as possible.
