At the bottom left of the table is the chat log...the old software had 4 tabs to choose from. I don't recall the name of the tab, but it was the 3rd one along and it would allow you to see how many players were remaining in the tournament and your relative chip position.

This option was crucial for the Double or Nothing SNG's, especially when playing 12+ at once. Is this option still available? Thank you for any help and I apologize if this concern has already been answered.

Uhh I'm pretty sure I had a timebank in $5 super turbos a few days ago. Now my $1 and $2 supers have timebank, but don't have one at $5 or $10 supers??

Btw 30 seconds timebank is too much for a super, it gives grinders excuse to play too many tables and slow it down for all. Make it 15, maybe 10 seconds

I hate to complain, but there don't seem to be any improvements with this new software. If anything, they have taken a step backwards by leaving out basic pre-existing options. Thanks to all the people that have posted here and have made suggestions to improve/fix the new software.

I appreciate the fact that they have been working nonstop for the past week to fix the problems and hope they will do the same to resolve this simple, but very important issue (to me anyway...)

None of this is directed at RPM Seth & Jon, who have always been overly helpful to me...I imagine you're both very annoyed with the Network and this "upgrade" has cost you much more $$$ than the few hundred per month I might've made from the games.

imo more $2 and $5 bounty mtts would be great as well. Guarantees aren't necessary in them, and everyone I talk to LOVES them, including myself.

+1 to this,just way too many probelms with new software and the leaving out of pre existing options. I'm really hoping the merge management isnt sitting back thinking that everything is fine and that the new software is "great".

A software patch with updates will be released by Merge within the next 24-48 hours.

Thanks for the support. I do however believe the Guarantee is needed to get the first 30-40 people to register, after that it snowballs. If you look at the few non-Guarantees like the 4$ freezeout in the evenings, they never get off the ground. Its somewhat of a paradox, but there seems to be a pool of people that are willing to play as long as there are other people already registered.

Also this may have been covered somewhere else but where can I get the Player Admin now? How do I check which Satellite tickets i currently have?

All aspects of the old player admin are now contained within the 6.0 software. You can view your tournament tickets by clicking the games menu and selecting tournament coupons.

It's because people are dumb and don't know what guaranteed actually means but register for it anyway.

is there a way to make the cards bigger? (like mini mode was before) im having trouble reading them playing 4 tables tiled.

After the latest software upgrade I was on a waiting list. After it asked me to join and I joined, it didn't auto-sticky the table like all the other tables I was sitting at.

It says the time zones have now adjusted for daylight savings time, but I live in the EST zone and it is still an hour off.

One thing that still hasn't been fixed is if I accidentally click the fold button, and it asks me if I'm sure, it doesn't return to me the full range of choices for my action. It only allows me to check of fold. If I accidentally click fold, it's not always because I meant to click check! Fix this ASAP plz.

As usual something is very wrong. My two MTTs /$11 super satty came up normally, but I noticed my other satty was half way done and never opened. Thought perhaps I mistakenly closed it, but I joined $11 6/9 mans the lobby didn't update and neither table popped up, had to open the lobby and open it manually.

To top it off I signed up for a $20 with 4/9 just to see how slow the lobby was and it didn't give me the option to unregister in main lobby or the games lobby. Then it took forever to start.

edit: client restart seems to have fixed it for now

I see them and have been playing them just fine. Hopefully this isn't a software problem.

The Double or Nothing SnG's are currently in the lobby and several are registering as we speak.

PLEASE!!!!! If you're not going to make the card faces bigger, at least give us the ability to modify them ourselves.

Also, either make the fonts bigger (at least big enough so that we can see how many chips a player has in his stack), or allow us the option to change the font size to something that is legible. I'm old and my eyes aren't as good as they used to be.

Improving on these two areas would make multi-tabling a ton easier for those of us who tile.

please please please fix the stickying. when i leave a table, it doesn't auto-unsticky. also, sometimes the chip that marks that i'm sitting at a table disappears and it auto-unstickys for no reason even though i'm still playing at said table

It's been said many times before, but please fix the pop ups. It just boggles my mind that they took something like was annoying and made it worse. No one liked the first broken one that we can't get rid of so you add a second? Seriously why even program in the "click here to not show again" boxes if they don't even work. This is aside from the fact that fixing these would take two seconds to correct.

The $2 180 man is unattractive. A. Buyin is too small 1st is lame, doesn't excite people and it keeps out a lot of people who play higher buyins. B. Compared to the reg speed 180 it's missing 4 or 5 blind levels and you removed the antes!!! Make it a 3.30rebuy so it suits all buyins levels and has a cool 1st place, fix the structure, and observe it's greatness
