I only talked to support once and didn't talk to Jon. Is there a way to get a certain customer support rep on there, or just ask?

Anyways, that support person helped me out with my legit problem, so it was all good.

I really like RPM. Who doesnt need $50.00? I could certainly use it...loaded several times this month and felted. This is the first promo that has missed the mark with me. Your previous promos are very imaginative. I have had a few issues and RPMJon has always taken care of me and quickly. He is polite, above competent, and types/understands english very well.

I really need $50.00 but not at the expense of the quality person that RPMJon is...
