I was hopeful withdrawals would be processed regularly again, but guess I was wrong.

Received: June 21 (Fed Ex left a slip for me to sign yesterday - today they left the check.

Kinda strange - the check is for $.51 more than I requested... did they pay me interest or something?

they do it on purpose to prevent an obvious trail of exact amount checks (1000.xx looks less suspicious than hundreds of checks for 1000, 2000, etc)

Looks like only 3 or 4 people got checks ?!?! Anyone else receive a check that had requested one ???

So it seems that the "normal" for Merge check withdrawals to the U.S. has become about 4 weeks for approval process and about 1 week for delivery? From what it looks like if Merge can find a way to hire more employees or expedite the approval process somehow that checks would be coming at pretty much pre-BF speed. I know my check withdrawals from PokerStars used to take about 10 days to be in my hands from the time I requested them, so if Merge could find a way to cut that approval process down to like a week withdrawing would become so legit. Although I guess if Merge could have done something they would have done it by now? A kid can only dream......

I redeposited about a couple weeks without reading this thread. If this is going to be the norm for Merge then Im done with this network. With all thats going on with Stars atm Im still able to get cashouts in a timely fashion.

I requested a withdrawal a few weeks ago... still pending as expected.

Question for those of you who have withdrawn and received cash.

Do you need to send verification data over before you attempt to cash out?
Does it expedite the process?

I see the FAQ page says they may request it, but i don't have a problem verifying if it will help me get my money quicker.

You have to verify before cashout no matter what. Your waiting may have been all for naught already. I suggest you send in your verification documents right now.

Hmm.. I requested a cashout a few days ago and got a message today saying it was approved? I thought getting cashouts approved was taking a month or so?

Can it have anything to do with me being Canadian? I dont know why that would matter.

Ah damn it I didn't bother to read his second paragraph when he said he was from Canada lol. Just got excited at the fact that his check was approved in days and insta-responded. Practically every other post ITT has been in regard to US players so I didn't even think that he may be foreign.

How long does the verification process normally take? Driver's license and current bank statement OK?

Once you speak with RPM Jon or RPM James in live chat the process only takes an hour or two. I uploaded my docs and got an email back an hour later saying I was verified.

Smart and I'm not playing no more till I get my check, I can't play not knowing if it's for nothing. ???????????????????

Apparently there is a mail strike going on in Canada... the RPM check I got earlier this week came from Canada I think (it was drawn on a Canadian bank anyway). Just posting this in case anyone is experiencing a delay in getting a check that was approved recently. Not sure if it will effect anyone or not.

Ok, so lets update, in the beginning, I had to jump thru hoops to get verified, 3 times sending and re sending my info and thru live support's help and only after I had made a withdrawl and inquired as to why my status on that deposit kept saying 'manual approval required', did I find out by asking, that I was verified yet, good thing I asked, I make a withdrawl over a couple weeks ago, its still pending, but I check my admin page in the cashier, they for some reason have me listed as from a totally different state now, so now i have to start all over again?, and the pending transaction will start all over?. I also tried to take the rest of the money off, and guess what, 1 withdrawl is all you can make at a time. lol, Im sorry, I'm not going to play a site that everytime you cash out, its like BF and no telling when you might get ur money. One thing I can tell you from my experience, it is on YOU to make sure they do everything correctly, and had I not noticed that this, some hillbilly moonshiner in alabama woud have gotten my check. RPM, cashouts are very important to the customer, I'm sorry you fail in this dept. bigtime imo
