Why does a $22 6-Max Turbo have a different structure than a $33 6-Max Turbo?? It makes no sense...

Please consider removing the streaker bonus from the SNG LB formula. It only effects players that put in high volume, and most of them would prefer not to have it. The lower-volume / recreational players still have a shot at the Steaker LB itself.

My suggestions (forgive me if they have been mentioned already). These seem pretty obvious, but the fact that these 'issues' exist is pretty poor, imo:

- An ability to change seats while at the table. I'd prefer to be able to do so, even with a list, but absolutely be able to if no list.

- On the mini-view, show chips.

- Reduce the size of the player pods in Mini-view

- And why are the settings that I select not remembered when I open a new table or for a new session (ie. "hide hand descriptions" etc.)

- Much more customizable graphics

That's all I have found in my first couple of sessions on RPM.

Do other people not have issues with these things?

You can make such changes persistent by changing them via "Settings" on the main lobby rather than at a table.

It is a huge pain to try to join the small super turbos and be told over and over that it is full.

I agree with this 95%. I think the superturbo regs would rather just grind for volume and not have to worry about the multiplier.

But the streaker bonus pool ($2000) should be set aside for a different type of leaderboard that caters more to lower volume players. Most of us don't have the time or inclination to put in 10,000 sng's a month. It would be nice to have something to aim for. And it would keep the fish more interested if they had a real chance to bink some extra coinage.

Pre-BF, I played on Tilt, Cereus, and Stars. Merge's LB is pretty much a clone of the worst of these systems (FT), with an unwanted multiplier thrown in to confuse the whole process. I would be extremely happy to put in more volume if there was a chance to make more money from the Merge LB, but as the system stands that's not going to happen.

I know that RPM has only recently opted-in to be included in the site-wide leaderboard promotion, which is great and all, but it doesn't matter much if the system is flawed in the first place.

"Opt-in for promotions" I get that you want opt-ins done each month and understand the reasoning behind it. Is there really a need to for opt-ins for every promotion. I will continue to send the 8 emails for the promotions but is it really necessary?

To be honest, ******ed processes like having to e-mail support 8 times every month just to get promos makes me want to leave the site indefinitely. The slow withdrawal times are not helping either, but at least I can understand the circumstances behind that. The e-mail to opt-in thing is just baffling and annoying at the same time.

There's been an incredible amount of feedback about this, and this will be changing at the end of January to one singular opt-in request for all promotions that require it.

I was under the impression that once you opted in to a promo one month, you didn't need to do it again for subsequent months. Is that not the case?

Until next month... you had to email for every promo, every month.

That was the case before, but the last 2 or 3 months have had to be opted in each time

I hope you haven't been putting in volume in December not knowing that you have lost your opt-in status for promos in Dec.

not sure if this is right forum, but why the heck are transfers taking so darn long on RPM lately? used to be instant, but lately they been takin anywhere from 20min to several hours. is this just on my end or like this for everyone?

if you do it during the hrs when live chat is on, they go instant for the most part
if you do it after and times like now, and 9pm i always had to wait like 13 hrs on average. its nuts... i write to support and i get generic response till the morning time(if i sent at 9pmish)

I'm beginning to think their support team consists of two guys.

On the $25k Bankroll Booster Freeroll page (under player admin), there is a table showing which qualifiers you are currently eligible for. In the table, the font color and background are the same, making it unreadable (unless you highlight the text).
