Seth,

I know this is not important in the grand scheme of things but that popcorn animation that I suggested to you in P.M a couple of weeks ago would be fun.

Especially, when you have two fish berating each other, telling each other how bad the other is.

Doc

P.S. Oh, one other unimportant thing. An updated list of animations on the player administration page would be nice. We have fun with those in our private tournament games.

some sort of disconnect protection would be nice, since the client crashes occasionally through no fault of ours.

edit: similar to the time bank function, it can accumulate based on how long we've been on tables, with a cap of 90 seconds.
06-27-2011 , 07:39 PM
also, please consider making the on-table time bank start at 10 seconds. it doesn't have to increase until we've been playing long enough to earn additional time past the 10-second mark. more than once now I've been put to a decision within the first few orbits, it does happen sometimes.

Thanks for your consideration!

It would be great if you could add antes to every NL hold'em SNG/MTT

Would it be possible for merge to buy the FTP software. I know this might sound out there but if they dont come back who will get it ?
06-30-2011 , 08:35 PM
the pop after registering is annoying to the grinders also a better filter where you can write the name of the SNG you want to play only shows up would be great, the filter now sucks ass and hard to muti with it

Most likely it would be auctioned to pay FT's debts. Other Poker Software has been auctioned to pay the sites/owners debts.

BTW, I don't think it would happen, but it would be great

Seth are we going to see any changes with the software anytime soon ? thinking about trying some other sites. I feel like iam looking at the cockpit of a 747 its so hard for me to look at for more than a half hour at a time.

Just way to much stuff even in mini mod, everything is just way to distracting. If you guys got rid of those massive boxes that are names and accolodes and stars are in, that would look so much better.

Did the ads get taken down or something? I used to have rpm ads when ever I went on this forum. Now it is dark black where the ads were.

How bout honoring your Gear chart with the freeroll tickets, Im on 6th Gear and havent gotten one yet, it took 2-3 weeks of emailing and chating to get my double points credited, I know your "overwhelmed with traffic" but at least honor your promotions...

Also whats up with sitting out for only 5 minutes, I sit out of 6 tables (SH) for a cigarette and I get picked up...Way to short if you ask me.

Cant believe ive waited so long before suggesting this but...DEEP TABLES. im so sick of these shortstackers at every table just being super annoying. Please get some 6 max deep tables preferably 100-250 bbs please. ty

Why are all the low stakes heads up sit and goes turbo or super turbo? Couldn't we get one where the blinds go up normally?

Is there any possibility of rotating the 6max games so there's a seat in the bottom middle? I like the bottom middle position a lot!

I'd also like to see UI options to simplify the view. Mini is a good idea, but not having chips makes it very difficult to see action.

* Ability to color boxes instead of using icons (every icon except the chips are hard for me to see)
* Simpler player boxes - I think the edges/borders can be smaller, and the name/money amount could stand to be a little bigger.

Please fix the visuals on raises. Something like chips are side by side instead of stacked. I swear I misclick 3bet at least once a day because of the poor visuals

You can much of what you are asking using some either MergeMods or your own variation thereof. Check out the thread in this forum and in the Software forum. I have rotated my 6max tables to the config you describe.

Tournament payouts are too top heavy and don't pay out enough spots...

45 players should pay out 10 spots, not 5 IMO.

22% of the field? No thanks.

Min-cashes being less than the buyin is pretty ridiculous though.

Meh... maybe 20-25% is too much, but it should be more than 10%, IMO. Perhaps they can just add a sliding scale so it's not 5, then 10 whenever a certain # is reached (i.e. they have some in between where 8 get paid). And the top heavy part is the bigger issue IMO. An 11R that pays 1st $600 and $80 to 5th is pretty bad, IMO.

A revamp of the payout structure as a whole is something I can get behind.

I'm currently playing a $11 BI tourney that had 121 runners. 11-20 pays $12.10. Just lol and I won't be playing it anymore until it's changed.

Last edited by Leroy2DaBeroy; 07-07-2011 at 01:17 AM. Reason: 5th pays $72.60 and you don't get over a hundo until 3rd ($121, FWIW).

7th for $48.40.

[x] Meh

very topheavy payouts=good for the best players in the long run
07-07-2011 , 01:47 PM
For that structure (121 w/ 20 paid and $1210 prize pool), I'd prefer:

1-18.5%
2-14%
3-11.5%
4-9.5%
5-8%
6-6.5%
7-5%
8-4%
9-3%
10-2.5%
11-15--2%
16-20--1.5%

+1

But they do need to fix it where a min cash is less than the original BI. There's just something wrong and unseemly about that.
