Agree 100%.

...and so it begins.

not wanting to play with players who aren't playing to win at poker, who couldn't even play as many tables as they do without utilizing one or more external programs (and I'm not referring to databases), who slow the games down and drive away casual players, has nothing to do with fear.

if those of you hoping to play on MergeStars are to be believed, FTP (which was "inferior" in every way, right? ) was able to sustain and grow its share of the US market due to the sheer number of people who don't want to play in that environment.

For the life of me, I cannot make sense of the Main Lobby. Trying to find something similar to what you want to play is like is like looking for Easter eggs. You have a feeling it might be around somewhere, if you could only find it.

Please, RPM/Merge/whoever the hell is in charge, PLEASE un-cluster-f the Main Lobby.

Thank you.

You're kidding me, why would Lock have it but not RPM?! Anyway, thanks for the reply Jim.

Lock is a shady ass site, they have always been that way. I wouldn't trust a cent on that site to begin with, much less in a "secure" vault.

I agree we should see some RSA tokens or added security; I'd love that, but that's up to Merge, not RPM.

Get rid of the pot limit hold em games. They clutter up the lobby and no one plays them.

I always get confused by the start times not being in my home time zone. it would be great if players could view these in the time zone of their choice.

Absolute first thing I searched for...and didn't find.

NOW, I'm just looking for a non-bingo game in the next hour.

While we are at it I think I will add a few more. If i say some that have already been mentioned I am sorry, I do not want to read the entire thread.

-Ability to look up players without adding them as a 'friend'

-Sometimes tournament positions do not show up in the Info tab

-When closing out of the last open game, with the lobby minimized, it should restore the lobby to your screen (stars did this)

-Players should be seated in their preferred seat automatically

Would it be possible to have the chips stacked side-by-side to denote a raise or re-raise situation?

How about not auto-checking the autopost blinds box so that every time you sit down at a table (unless you're quick to disable it) you're forced to post a dead bb?
Not sure if that's just careless programming or someone's idea of a way to pump up the rake, but it's pretty annoying.

^^

there's another check-box that allows you to always "wait until BB"

Would be great to have the 45 mans that appear in the tournament tab to have sync'ed breaks with the other MTTs. I know since they're SnGs they abide by the SnG rules, but would be nice to sync em up with the MTTs.

I would certainly like this addition too.

Red chair, top icon of the 4 just right of the chat box. It is specific for each table configuration, i.e 10,9,6, etc.

Yes but it isn't automatic. You need to click it each time.

do it with one table open (play money?) close that table, voila it works for all tables opened after that

The number and variety of SNGs is ridiculous. I counted over 200 buy-in/types open. That makes no sense at all for a site with 10000 players.

If any SNG doesn't fill within 30 minutes it should be eliminated from the lineup.

pleaseeeee synchronize ALL mtts and 45 man breaks

you cant expect people to work all day without that

pleeeease

After a few days of playing the Super Turbos, I would love if they could find a way to funnel more players into the non-turbo games(cut some of the dead weight buy-ins?). The Super Turbos are fun due to the speed and amount of games you can get in, but, they are definitely not real poker. I would like to be able to play more than 1 table of regular SNG's at a time at the $5-$10 level.

the notices for tables changes and new tables are ridiculously annoying and unnecessary too, makes it very very hard to multi table.
05-04-2011 , 09:18 PM
The spawn rate is all screwed up as well. There are often multiple partially full SNGs open of the same buy-in. That is fine if one or the other is going to start in a few minutes. But, they don't. It just spreads players out.
