Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

when I bust a tournament and go to close the table you don't need to ask me if I'm sure.

Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

I think some of these may have been mentioned already, but I would like to kindly suggest:

For Mini mode:

- Make player name boxes and player cards smaller.

- Make “Fold” “Check” and “Raise To” buttons smaller

- Make bet slider smaller.

- Make ½, 1/3, ¼, Pot bet buttons optional.

- With freed up space from doing the above, add buttons for sit out next big blind, sit out next hand, HH without having to click on Menu tab. Then use menu tab to bring up buttons for: sit out next big blind on all tables, sit out next hand on all tables.

- Also, please make a repeat sound alert to remind player that there are still other tables that require player's action after the player has completed an action on one of their tables.

Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

The "pods" that show each player's name and most recent action are ~50% bigger than they have to be. This contributes to the overall cluttered feel of the regular tables and takes up space that could be used for more important things like hud stats.

There needs to be a better indicator of who's turn it is to act. Make the "pod" be highlighted in orange or something, not a barely visible shade of white.

Give us an option to choose which sounds will be active. The only time I want the software to play a sound is when I am about to timeout.

There should be some timebank when you first sit down at the table.

RPMSeth - Can you give us any sort of indication of how often RPM/Merge typically update the software? Are the software development people actively being notified of some of these deficiencies and working on solutions?

I would also like to reiterate the "just copy the stars software" stance. There are templates out there that the Merge people should be able to follow to dramatically improve the software. No need to reinvent the wheel.

Agreed with this.

I would also prefer more Freezeout Tournaments, I'm not a big fan of constant Re-buys.

Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

IM sure its all been said

support hem and table ninja
tables dont center when you maximize find that odd
filter needs to be changed so you can search an exact game
please hire more support. More Informed live support with less customers to handle. maybe all the good support reserved for for 2nd gear members I dont know.
more variety of sit and goes
let the people know about quiktender so its easier for them to deposit
auto close tournament feature would be great
the deposit bonus seems little hard to clear (thats coming from someone who has made 100k vpps in a month)
how do you get the trophy to go away!!!!
I like accolades idea, think you should make 200 different stats to achieve like win streak, hands played, etc. then give us a lil trophy room
sit and go leaderboard promotion like tournament kings but for sit and goes
18 man turbos higher than 1 dollar
with a name like rpm poker im surprised there is never a car up for grabs. Like maybe have a step ladder like they do on other sites for a wsop ticket, but have a car instead.
maybe not enough traffic for that yet.
vip system i think should mimic carbons, think this is rpms biggest flaw,

in fact just give me the job ill do it. big ideas for this site

Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

Rake is just to high in the micros. Its not like the new players going to rpm are new to online poker. If that was the case RPM could probley go unnoticed with the above industry standard rake.

Re: What tourneys do you like most on RPM? What would you change?

HU shootout tournaments confirmed softest on the site. I play cash and hardly ever touch tournies, BUT when i do play them I enjoy the 11 and 16 dollar double stacks. I prefer deep stacked with 12 minute levels as they offer the most play vs the absolutely horrendous players on the site. And they get decent traffic, good enuff to make a win mean something imo.

Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

Micro HU SnGs, like 2$, 3$ or 5$ on normal level (NL Hold'em) would be nice.

And this. There's no point in not borrowing some functionality ideas from the most popular site out there. This is especially true now since your traffic has doubled from Stars and FT refugees. If you just copy some of the functionality of their software, yours would instantly be more appealing to us.

If you're talking about emails that go to support at rpmpoker dot com, that's Merge Network support, not RPM Poker.

If you're frustrated with your wait times with RPM Poker, I'd suggest contacting one of our VIP hosts, or accessing RPM specific live chat at RPMPoker.com (the website, not the client, with RPM Jon). The reason we created our enhanced RPM Poker support was to offer live, quick, simple support for you when network support might move more slowly.

Best,
RPM Seth

Please make the chat bubbles appear on the mini tables... it kinda defeats the purpose of having them since they don't. Thanks.

Don't copy the 2nd-best software out there, if that's what you're going to do.

as it currently stands, playing in mini mode with the tables resized to normal size is the only way to make all the players' names legible.

We're not all 20-year-old former gamers, and illegible items on the screen just contribute to the "cluttered" perception people are complaining about.

Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

I'd like more security, like with an RSA token.

Perhaps this could be an option.

Full Tilt or Pokerstars, it doesn't really matter. The point is the Merge software development team should really just copy all the features that have been developed at those sites over the last 5-10 years.

I also saw verneer's video on youtube about the "vault" on Lock Poker, where you can move funds so that if your account is hacked you have a second layer of security

Perhaps this could be an option.
Very nice, please tell me this works for RPM!
