That's true. Thanks for getting the blacking out fixed
That's definately saved me a few dollars (and saved me some time to).

What about offering $T instead of tickets for the promos. That would allow a player to play any tournament he likes with his promo winnings. $T won in promos would be non-transferable, non sellable, and must be used by the player that earned them.

I realize that would probably take a network wide switch my merge, but $T is pretty common.

For example, On sunday I may play 3k hands, which would get me 6 $2 satellite tickets. I usually have 0 interest playing $2 satellites, but I would like to play in a $10+1 satellite or S&G, or tournament.

Email suggestion: When an email is sent can an automatic email be sent back saying that RPM has got the email and will get back to you.

I would also prefer this, although I can see the logic behind having the current system. It allows them to increase traffic in specific games by offering tickets to those games.
Some of the $26 and $75 games on FT are a certainly a little busier (and softer ) than they would be without the tickets given to those games.

I happen to like the idea of T$ and it is an idea I support.

Hurray

Any chance merge might like the idea?

it would be nice if the ledger history was a bit more specific in regards to balance adjustments, ie, "rakeback" "fastlane bonus" instead of "balance adjustment". i thought i was still waiting for my fastlane bonus, i finally found it in the middle of the page. or maybe just tracking buyins and cashouts on a seperate page.

I agree. Although the only time it affected me was when I thought I was still owed my fast lane bonus. Only a quick email to support, but it would be one less thing they have to bother with if it said what it was in the ledger.

Better filter options!!

PLEASE!
03-07-2011 , 11:25 AM
I think this has been mentioned before, but I'm sitting on two tables by myself, one with 9 on the waitlist and one with 16!! on the waitlist. If you just sat all the players down we could get more games going.

More games for us, more rake for you

Ability to tile more than 10 tables across multiple screens.

- Better filters
- T$
- More tables, waiting lists are outrages + more rake for you + site can grow more.

A couple things I'd add off the top of my head after playing my first couple sessions at RPM. Keep in mind I only play double up SNGs.

-Better filters: I want to only see double up SNGs in the lobby and allow me to filter for only the buy-ins I want to see ($30-$100 SNGs_
-Too many popups: I don't want to see a pop-up when a new tourney starts or when a tourney ends
-Auto-close tourneys: If I'm knocked out of a tourney or I win one, just close the tourney, I don't want to dig through my tournies and close them manually
-Don't have new tournies pop to front: I don't want new tournies constantly stealing action as they pop to the front of my stack, just have them open on bottom

Those improvements alone would allow me to play 15-16 tournies instead of 13. I'll add more as I can think of them.

I am mainly playing double ups now myself...

Tourneys eventually close, they just take a couple minutes...

Pop ups eventually close after about 30 seconds, and I think if action comes to that table...

I stack my games as well, I just click maximize...

I would like to see a new table open behind, that will save a click that's for sure...

Right now when exchanging VIP points for cash the exchange rate is the same for every level. I think it'd be a nice change to give those who earn higher VIP levels a better exchange rate. For example, 2nd Gear gets $100 for 10k points and Top Gear gets $500 for 50k (the same as if a 2nd Gear player got 5 bonuses), but it should be changed to a Top Gear player receiving $600 for 50k points imo.

The VIP Points to cash exchange is not going to change... this is what our Fast Lane Rake Chase is for! The higher you go in that chase, the higher percentage you receive back.

Exactly...seriously, you can get soooooo much value from RPM already it's ridiculous. It's by far THE best site for any US player, and many others to play on for a large number of reasons.

In general, the play is fishier, the rewards are greater, and the support is better than any US available site in the 2011 poker world.

Sometimes I seriously think I've time warped back to 2006 when I play on RPM, it's that good.

A few minor software changes, and more players at the tables..and I swear there would be no reason to play anywhere else.

^ so true. RPM is the nuts.

I'm having trouble calculating the marks for %'s.

5/1000 = .005 = .5%? Seems a little low.

100/10000 = .01 = 1% rakeback? I know it's higher than that

What am I doing wrong here? lol

You don't need to rake $1000 to get the $5, you need 1000 points to get $5.

You are dividing by the points required rather than rake required.
