there's an option in the Settings tab that makes it so it asks you if you're sure you want to close the table (at cash tables fwiw)

Would it be possible to make the mouse roller ball adjust bet sizing by 1BB at a time?

Can the cursor default back to the chat text entry box? Every time you take any action or someone goes all in you have to physically "click in" to continue typing. Seems it would be simple to change this. Also when someone does go all in you are not allowed to type at all; why cant it be changed so that you can finish your entry but not be able to send it until after the hand is over? A "lobby" button from within the table would be nice also.l

Sorry for the wall of text!

First I want to start by saying this is a suggestion. While I think it is very important that you do what you can to get this implemented, I have been very impressed with everything I've seen from RPM.

Please have Merge work on the Auto Waitlist feature. This morning there was only 1 25NL FR and 4 10NL FR tables. The issue was that there were multiple tables that had 1 or 2 players sitting at them(all were sitting out waiting) and then 7+ on the Waitlist. I noticed tables at 4NL FR that had 14 people on the waitlist. This went on for my entire session (which was a very short hour session before work). We need to set it up to where the Poker Client recognizes that the table would be full if all players received the notification that they had a table. I understand why it doesn't sit the players but we need to implement a work around.

This would be a win win situation for everyone involved. This morning there would have been atleast 4 more full (or atleast 8 players) tables running at just these 2 limits. RPM and Merge would benefit from the increased Rake, which would add up tremendously over a short peroid of time, and accross all stakes. The players would find that it was easier/quicker to get a seat at their favorite game and stakes. Any new players that were interested in joining and were concerned about traffic would also see more full tables when they download the Poker Client.

Have you suggested this to Merge? Is there any plans for this? I know one might say to just take a seat and they will fill up. Well, I do take a seat in these situations. However, other players never seem to check the lobby and notice the situation. This went on for the entire session (a little over an hour) I was able to play before work. Therefore I think it should be a priority to get completed. Especially from your perspective. You are losing a lot of money in Rake every day this goes unresolved, IMO.

We have definitely forwarded the wait-list problems to Merge; they are well aware of it and certainly will be working to fix it.

seth, i was talking to RPM's live support today and allthough the lady tried her best she wasnt able to help. since our trackers dont work properly we get wrong results for our sessions. is it possible that you guys send us the tournament history on request? i mean the pure results without hand history in a file-format that is able to get imported to PT3/HEM.
and if that could get implemented in the player admin section it would be awesome!

LOL, I have to agree with this. I like the games just the way they are without the multi-tabling nits.

Sometimes when I multitable, if I am trying to type in a bet value on one table it switches automatically over to a table in which action was just passed to me. Kind of annoying

The hand history button doesn't always work, and I have to go in and manually reload the hands to be able to review. Kind of inconvenient when I am acting on the fly.

Other than that, this software seems great.
