Do you support HEM HUD?

Can I cashout direct to my bank account, with no fee?

What is your current average volume of players in the 6max at 50NL-200NL?

1) We currently don't support HEM/HUD, we're waiting for PokerTracker/HEM to build in support for the Merge Network.

2) If you use our wire transfer option to cash out your funds, we do not charge a fee. Your bank, however, may charge an incoming wire fee.

3) At the moment, there are generally around 6 1/2NL tables, more .5/1 tables, and more .25/.50 tables.

We have a rewards program where you can make up to 40% cash back. Click here for more information about our VIP program.

Thanks for your response Seth!

Do you have any data on how many raked hands you have to play per point. And how exactly does this VIP program work? First you get first gear, you get 72 bucks. Then you reach second gear, you get 396? Or you get first gear and wait to get second gear to get the 396 thus skipping the previous bonus?

I would advise to publish the answers to that on your website

For every dollar that you rake, you receive 10 VIP points. You can do this in 1 hand or 10 hands, it doesn't necessarily correlate to the amount of hands that you play, just the amount of money that you rake.

The short answer to how the VIP program works is that the more you play, the more you get back.

The longer answer is: If you've reached first gear and exchange your points for cash, you will have made $72. The way that breaks down is you receive a certain amount paid into your account daily, and once you hit a certain point threshold, you can exchange the points you've earned for the difference between $72 and the amount you have already been paid out.

If you skip cashing in at first gear and earn enough points for second gear, you can get back more money in a lump sum. You also earn a higher percentage of money back when you're in a higher tier and playing more regularly on the site. When you cash in your points, you don't drop all the way back to the bottom. You'll stay in whatever tier you're in, and your VIP status will decay at the regular rate; you will need to earn a certain number of points to stay in the tier you're in, just like every other site.

Cliff notes:
a) The amount of points you get is based on rake, not hands played. You receive 10 points for every $1 raked.
b) The more regularly you play on RPM, the more money you're able to earn back.

Here is the rakeback for the respective levels for those of you who are to lazy to figure out yourself.
16%(450 rake paid)
18% (2.2k rake paid)
24% (4.5k rake paid)
28% (9k rake paid)
34% (15k rake paid)
40% (22k rake paid)

Ive got a few questions though, since i am not quite sure i understand how this works. Lets say i play i 1 table for a year , and dont cash out any points (because you have to cash them out, and if you cash them out they stop counting towards your gear, right?) And then i eventually reach overdrive after say 1 year (or what time limits are there? You mentioned you had to gain X amount of rake to stay at any given level, more info plz) Will i then have to cash out points in bricks of 220k? Or if i have say 439k can i cash out all of this at 40% rakeback?

I dont really see why i made this post since i am not likely to play on this site ,or pay anything close to this sum in rake anytime soon, but meh. : D

If you have a rakeback account, you'll basically start yourself off at 30% rakeback, and you can earn another 10% back in VIP cash.

If you cash out your points, they don't stop counting towards your gear. So, if you reach overdrive and cash in all of your points, you're still in Overdrive. You just need to earn a certain number of points to maintain your VIP status. For example, if you're in overdrive and have 220,000 points, you need to earn 22,000 points every 30 days to stay in overdrive, otherwise you will drop into 5th gear. There's more information about the numbers on this page.

Hope that helped!
