very sure this has been said numerous times before: pls pls pls do smt about the lobby. finding a particular mtt or just looking for the next tournaments to start is not only hassle.. it really tilts me and makes me look for a nice mtt on another site. i feel with the american players who dont have the option to play somewhere else.
i wonder if the responsible guy for the lobby ever took a look at the pokerstars' lobby. i doubt it somehow..

also please do smt about the promotions. it really turns me off to finish a promotion, then wait to receive this bonus, not getting it, talking to customer support and then finally i get the bonus money i was grinding for.
in my case that was only 1$ for that "play 25 DONs and get 1 buy in for free". i never received it and i didnt want to bother myself and the livechat about 1$; but finally that made me feel uncomfortable playing on merge/rpm. because somehow i feel that this is their strategy to hope that the player forgets about the bonus he just cleared. pls proove me wrong.

design the real money ledger in a way that we can easily distinguish between rakeback, bonuses, winnings/losses etc.

my last concern is about this RPM subforum. while i understand very well that RPM poker has to pay for it; and because it is a kind of advertising and therefor has to look good, but i think that the censorship done by the RPM admins goes too far. a honest discussion board where a bad impression can be expressed too would make me feel better about the room where i play.
instead i have to see "edited by RPMSeth" a lot. just my two cents.

Said this before but please do something about the time you can sit out at a ring game. It is horribly short and leaves very little time to do anything when sitting out without getting booted from your games. I'm not asking for a ton of but just a little more time would be greatly appreciated.

Move the $5 and $6 games to the low stakes filter. There aren't any mtts between $6.61 and 10.99 (and no nlhe mtts between 5.51 and 10.99), so that seems like a nice a nice gap to differentiate between low and medium.

Merge's games are so much better than Pokerstars with regard to not having lots of people sitting out at tables. I'm not sure what the current timeframe is, but I always have enought time to take a piss, which is good enough for me.

It sucks. And even worse is that generally my tables continue to play because I'm willing to play HU and SH. Tables generally break completely when I get bumped because everyone refuses to play HU and SH in my experience, and they don't sit out and wait, they just insta-leave.

Yes same here, I am not asking for much longer but some more time needs to be added. It is far too fast of a time frame. I feel like sometimes I get kicked in 3-4 minutes time which is too short to do anything at all.

A tournament series involving all of the merge skins.. maybe with buyins ranging from $20-$100... primarily in the $20-$50 range.. maybe with a $200 high roller... would be pretty fun... say in, October or November.. after merge opens back up to US players.

I guess these are merge issues, but:

Tournament tables should definitely close when you lose.
Also, a choose seat options would be nice.

The combination of these two things makes it really hard to tell which tournaments you are active in. I have to look around for my name and close tables. Then the popup asks me if I'm sure like I'm still in the tournament.

It's hard to even go take a leak, if you are playing 6+ tables and would like to get to BB on all of them, in order to prevent losing any free hands you technically already paid for(since you technically start with blinds and thus pay in advance).

By the time you all the tables synchronize, you have like 90 seconds to run to the bathroom, use it and wash your hands. If the table is 6 max and there is only 4-5 people on it for example, I always end up getting kicked out by the time I get back.

Also it seems that sometimes even if you sit back in at the table the timer is still going until the time you get to play a hand, so you might be back and still get kicked out because you are waiting for the BB.

Also, please add an option to sit out on the next big blind for all tables at once, and to sit back in at all tables with the big blind option checked for all of them.

idk if this is just me, but I really dislike the leave button. I've accidentally clicked on it a few times in the past, but it didnt matter too much. Today i accidentally clicked on it in a big pot.

I mentioned this to RPMJon and he said that he is going to pass it along, but I figured I'd mention it here as well.

2) when sitting out in cascade mode the table i am sitting out on stays pulled to the front so if i have actions on other tables the table won't pop up.

I believe You can make it so it asks you if you're sure. Somewhere in settings

All in button can be hidden in settings

Click the ignore button on the table when you sit out.

I agree the tournaments should close when you lose, or win. Its a pain to manually close them.

There is a seat button next to the chat box where u can pick a preferred seat.

omg i'm sorry but the in-game hand history is HORRIBLE

i can't figure out why, but several times throughout the week it will either not show any hands involved in the pot when it should be showing some, or won't go to the previous hand i was involved in when i click previous

also, there are a million bugs in it on top of the fact that the setup is terrible and 75% useless. please Please PLEASE take a look at PokerStars' hand history setup and copy that as best you can...it would be a HUGE improvement!

Seth -Jon even if you did any of these suggestions, idk mayb one a month or somthing. besides (#4 no one is really playing nlo8) Would it be possible for to get a report everytime you do a update? just like pokerstars used to do. So we can get a idea of what has been changed.

Maybe if you guys forgot about all the monthly promos and work on the software fixes and cleaning up the sng lobby would make playing on rpm a all together better experience.
