Just to be clear, a min cash needs to be more than the tourney buy-in. So with a 10+1 ($11) tourney buy-in, the min cash should be $15 or so. I know this is what you meant serenity21, I am just clarifying your wording.

1. Please give us an option to hide the "BlackJack21" symbol from our screen. To be honest, it's annoying to even see it on my screen, especially when I have zero interest in lighting money on fire.

2. The in-game hand history is awful. It needs to be completely redone. Basically, I recommend scoping out PokerStars' and Full Tilt's setup. Theirs are done similarly and are far superior to RPM's (Merge's?) current setup.

3. The chat box is too cluttered. It should be blank when only player chat is displayed. Nobody ever looks at the chat box to find out who won or what their hand is/was. We have the in-game hand histories for that. It's very hard to follow conversation when what someone says gets bumped by automatic text in that tiny box. Even when I detach the chat it's still annoying to have to scan through the auto-stuff to find individual player chat, which is all I want to see in my chat box anyway.

4. 6-max NLO8 tables please. Also, your NLO8 SNGs are messed up. There's a NLO8 HU SNG that says "0/2000" in the lobby lol...There's actually quite a few odd things going on in your SNG lobby that should be cleaned up.

7. MTT and SNG filters need several new options such as filter by game type or by the icons in the legend.

8. Show available VIP points and tourney tickets underneath where it shows your cash balance in the lobby. It's kinda stupid that I have to click on a tournament, then click register, then close the registration window, then click register again all just to find out how many VIP points I currently have. Did I say kinda stupid? It's actually ridiculous.

9. Way too much lag and memory consumption from the client!

10. When cascading, the table that I choose the cascade option on should automatically show at the front of the line.

11. When tiling, the tables should set in the section they're nearest. That way, when I move a table to the bottom left corner, for example, tiling will set it in that particular corner, and not back up to the top right as if it were "memorized" there as the current setup does. The grid option is worthless imo and should be done away with.

12. Some kind of hot key to cascade, tile, default size a table, etc.

13. Auto add-on and double-rebuy buttons. There should be an easy way to rebuy so that it is easily done before the start of the next hand if I'm eligible.

14. If we have pending bonuses that we're not currently clearing, we should know about them. There should be a way for us to choose which bonus we want to clear first like in a queue without having to contact support. In other words, automate that ish!

15. Please color code all "balance adjustment" and "bonus" entries in the ledgers. Or at least do something to make them easier to find. Ledgers can get lengthy and it's very hard to find certain items you're looking for when every single entry looks the same. Also, it would be nice to note the date for which an adjustment or bonus is in reference to.

I think a min-cash should be at least breakeven so a $10+1 should pay $11. Cashing in a tourney and losing money is stupid.

I would definitely be in favor of adjusting the extremely top heavy payout structure of all tournaments.

In addition, my main issue is still with notes on opponents. Currently there is a very limited number of characters allowed in the field. Please expand this so we don't have to create our own database for notes.

more misclicks. preflop raises look almost exactly like calls/blinds. there is no reason why they have to look so similar. im doing one misclick a day. its tilting

So I played a tournament last night where the payout jump from 4th to 3rd was $40 ($202 -> $242) and the payout jump from 3rd to 2nd was $160 ($242 -> $402). That's ridiculous, IMO.

Maybe this is fixable on my end somehow but if not please fix the table font issue. Setting it to the largest font, using normal mode, still makes the amounts and names too small to be readable. There is so much room left in the boxes though. If I use the mini mode then the text is significantly larger and I can tile 12-16 tables easily but then the menu bar, overlaps with the timebank button.

It would be much better if you guys improved the layout design:

currently < --- > slider buttons and the 1/2 2/3 3/4 pot 2x 3x 4x are way too small

they require a great deal of precision to place the mouse over. it shouldn't feel like sharpshooting just to press pot. something like this would be much better(crude I know).

Is there any way you guys can see about getting an auto add on box so you automatically add on to your stack when break hits, I loved when they started doing this on the other networks.

I miss adding on enough times to where it bothers me , im sure im not alone, especially players playing multiple games , im sure it cuts into your profit line somewhat, since it means less money floating around in tournaments.

Get back to me on this im very curious if you guys are capable of doing this.

The Fold/Check/Call/Raise buttons are also TOO close together, easy misclicks when multi tabling.

I thought they had started US again as I'm starting to see alot of new players recently, rec players at that. I guess they had joined before the deadline and just now deposited.

A way to filter out regular speed, turbo, and super turbo mtts/sngs would be fantastic.

We need an e-mail sent for each MTT & SnG that we enter and play in with the Game #, entry + fee's, place finished and any monies won. Also include re-buy's and add-ons purchased.

I would also like to see this.
